Pastoral Care at Follow Church
At Follow Church we want to be the most welcoming church on the planet and we want to be brilliant at Pastoral Care. Under this banner, some of the ways that we can support people within our church community are through our Visitation, Meals, Care Packs and Prayer Ministries. The Salvation Army are able to provide emergency relief to assist people in crisis situation.

Christians Against Poverty (CAP)
Christians Against Poverty (CAP) offer financial counselling to help people get out of debt and create healthy financial habits. To get started, all you need to do is call their toll free number - 1300 227 000.
