Pastoral Care at Follow Church
At Follow Church we want to be the most welcoming church on the planet and we want to be brilliant at Pastoral Care. Under this banner, some of the ways that we can support people within our church community are through our Visitation, Meals, Care Packs and Prayer Ministries.
