Luke Williams | Lead Pastor
I'm in ministry because I believe Jesus is the hope of the world and the church is the vehicle God uses to grow His Kingdom. I love seeing people come to know Christ and continually grow in Him. I passionately believe Officer should be a better place because Follow exists!Luke Williams is our Lead Pastor at Follow Baptist Church. He is married to the beautiful Kim and have four wonderful children - Adele, Tayla, Anika and Lenny. Luke is a passionate leader and has a heart for Jesus, blessing the community and seeing people transformed by the power of the Gospel. Luke is a qualified carpenter and worked in the industry for a decade before taking up the call into Church ministry. He has previously worked on staff at Bayside Church as a Young Adult Pastor and at Beaconsfield Baptist where he was in an Associate Pastor Role. In July 2015, Luke, Kim and a dedicated small group of leaders planted Follow.

Adam Mihail | Associate Pastor
Adam Mihail is our Associate Pastor. He and his wife, Christine, have four wonderful children - Keziah, Judah, Eleazar and Nehemiah. Adam oversees our Follow Youth and Young Adults ministries as well as other pastoral areas.

Leanne Griffiths | Community Care Manager
Leanne Griffiths is our Community Care Manager. Leanne coordinates the Pastoral Care Team and also works our care arm Follow Bless Collective. Leanne is passionate about local mission and seeing people’s lives transform by meeting Jesus. Leanne is passionate about equipping and leading teams as they care for people in the community.
Leanne has worked in the welfare sector for over 20 years and has undertaken numerous counselling, case work and management roles in both secular and Christian organisations. Leanne and her husband, David, have also managed outreach projects (such as the Lighthouse Drop-In Centre) at their former church. Leanne is excited to be working with Follow Baptist Church in the role of Community Care Manager.

Esther Allan | Follow Kids Director
I’m in ministry because I love Jesus and I love children. Our children are not just our future, but our present, and it is our goal at Follow to guide our younger generation to grow and learn more about Jesus.Esther Allan is our Follow Kids Director at Follow Baptist Church. She is married to the awesome Blair and they have four gorgeous children - Wade, Piper, Sadie and Mia. Esther is a qualified Primary School Teacher. As the Follow Kids Director, Esther oversees Follow Kids, Little Followers Creche, and supports the mainly music team. Esther, along with Blair, was one of the founding members of Follow Baptist Church.

Maree Coffman | Church Administrator
Maree is the Church Administrator. She is Mum to Michelle, Rebekah and Alex, and Nana to two beautiful grandsons. She worked as a pharmacist for many years and her experience as a business manager and administrator has led her to Follow.
