At Follow, we believe leadership is really important and we want to create opportunities to invest in you as a leader. AsONE Leadership nights are open to everyone who want to learn more about leadership and to journey with others who also want to grow as disciples of Jesus.
These nights will have elements of teaching, connection, worship, food and fun! So mark the date in your diary, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Our first AsONE Leadership Night for the year is coming up! These nights are all about investing in and equipping our leaders here at Follow — but they’re also open to anyone who’s hungry to grow, step into leadership, or be strengthened in how they lead others.

AsOne Clusters: Leadership gatherings for ministry directors and Life Group leaders. With opportunities to encourage and support one another in our specific areas of ministry, as well as times for practical planning around key events and seasons at Follow.
AsOne Leadership: These events are designed to develop, equip and support you as a leader, and unite us around our ‘Vision & Mission’ at Follow. These nights are a must for all our key leaders including our SLT, ministry directors and small group leaders, but they are open to anyone wanting to develop as a disciple of Jesus.
